The airline has said that starting in March, it will move all of its operations in Tokyo to Tokyo Haneda International Airport, which is much closer to the city centre. At the moment, the airline has two flights a day from London Heathrow (LHR) to Tokyo, one to Tokyo Haneda (HND) and one to Tokyo Narita (NRT) (NRT). As GSTP was the first to report, BA will move all of its Tokyo operations to HND, which will give it two nonstop flights a day between London and Haneda starting on March 28. "We are excited to be adding a second daily flight into Tokyo Haneda Airport, where our partner JAL operates most of its domestic flights," British Airways told TPG.
